Ingredients and local produce
Local Food
We support local producers and keep our food miles low:
- organic, Freedom Food eggs from Willowbrook Farm, Hampton Poyle,
- organic flour from Matthews' Mill, Shipton-under-Wychwood,
- asparagus and soft fruits from Medly Manor Farm, Osney
- free range Geese from Peach Croft Farm, Abingdon.
Fish
Where possible our seafood is from sustainable sources, line caught from day boats.
Beef
Our beef is Scottish, dry aged on the bone for a minium of 21 days.
Recycling
We recycle all our glass and cooking oil.
