Are children allowed within the venue?

Persons under 18 years of age are permitted in the venue until 9pm if accompanied by their responsible adult.

Are dogs allowed in the pub?

We do indeed welcome your furry friend. We only ask that they are kept on a lead within the venue for their safety.

Can we bring our own food or drink?

The Anchor offers a fantastic and comprehensive range of food and drink so you don’t need to bring your own.

Can I reserve a table or area of the bar?

Yes! You can reserve tables via our website, this will then be confirmed by a member of our team by email. We have a 15 minutes late cut off time before we give away a reserved table. To book a table click here.

What is your entry policy?

We unfortunately don’t accommodate stag or hen groups.

Other than that we only ask that all guests be pleasant and respectful to our team.  We have a zero tolerance policy to any behaviour we believe to be inappropriate to either our guests or our team and a two strike rule on noisy behaviour that affects other guests enjoyment.

Do you have a function space?

We would love to host your private function. We will be launching our new function packages soon!

Do you have a car park?

We unfortunately don’t offer any parking, however there are some spaces on the roads in our area.
